The San Diego-based development firm that built Meridian Plaza in downtown Sacramento has started construction on a 175,000-square-foot office park in South Natomas. The Allen Group is selling space in its 12-building River Plaza Corporate Center instead of leasing it. The plan calls for the two-story office buildings to range from 11,000 square feet to 17,000 square feet at the 2500 River Plaza Drive site.
